Job summary

Talantir in Doncaster seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial fit-out projects from design to handover. This office-based role manages 10–12 live projects, coordinating with a Project Coordinator and the broader delivery team.

Applicants should have construction/fit-out experience, strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, Excel), excellent communication and time-management, and an attention to detail. Occasional travel to London sites is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, main contracting or fit-out (preferred, not essential).
• Knowledge of subcontract delivery processes.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage 10–12 live projects simultaneously with a Project Coordinator.
• Liaise with clients and attend design/coordination meetings (online).
• Review and produce drawings, schedules, data sheets.
• Coordinate supplier pricing, orders and deliveries.
• Manage budgets, timelines and contract milestones.
• Prepare RAMs, fitter packs and O&M information.
• Work with the Site Manager to ensure installation quality and compliance.
• Maintain high standards of communication and service throughout the project lifecycle.
