Job summary

Synapri is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to appoint a Finance & Project Analyst within the Business Technology team in Epsom. This role blends IT financial management with procurement, supplier management and project governance.

You will support monthly IT budget reviews, produce financial reporting and forecasts, and monitor spend. You’ll ensure costs are allocated correctly between Opex and Capex and maintain service costing data and quarterly recharge invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT financial management and procurement.
• Understanding of budget reviews, accruals and cost allocation.
• Experience with supplier management and software licensing.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT procurement processes, including purchase orders, invoicing and supplier renewals.
• Support monthly IT budget reviews, financial reporting and forecasting.
• Track IT expenditure with cost allocations across Opex and Capex.
• Maintain IT service costing information and quarterly recharge invoicing.
• Support IT portfolio governance, templates and reporting.
• Manage supplier relationships and software licensing.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure accurate financial records.
