Job summary

Office Angels is seeking an IT Finance & Projects Analyst to join our busy technology function in Surrey. You will manage financial administration, procurement processes, supplier governance and project support activities in a hybrid working environment.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting and data analysis skills, with advanced Excel capabilities and a proactive approach to process improvement and governance across technology, finance and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Analyst, Project Analyst, or Procurement Analyst roles.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and cost management skills.
• Advanced Excel and data analytics abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, invoicing processes and supplier administration.
• Ensure accurate allocation of costs, budgets and financial coding.
• Support monthly budget reviews, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Prepare accruals and year-end financial data.
• Review and approve invoices, POs and financial documentation.
• Produce cost analysis and reporting for finance stakeholders.
• Maintain governance documentation and project reporting tools.
• Support supplier relationship management and contract administration.
