Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Technology Finance and Operations Coordinator to oversee Technology OPEX and CAPEX processes and supplier coordination. You will support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring accurate records and alignment with governance requirements.

The role requires strong financial administration skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence stakeholders across Technology, Finance and external partners to drive efficiency and value from technology

Qualifications

Experience in financial administration and reporting, including budget tracking and forecasting.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Technology, Finance and suppliers.
Proactive, independent thinker who identifies opportunities to improve processes and controls.

Responsibilities

Oversee Technology operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) expenditure with financial oversight and coordination.
Raise and manage purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice processing.
Maintain records of expenditure, commitments, forecasts and accruals for audit readiness.
Code and categorize technology expenditure between OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
Produce regular budget, forecast and expenditure reporting with insights into variances and risks.
Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with Technology leaders.
