Job summary

Wolfspeed is seeking an IT and OpEx Controller to join its Corporate FP&A team. You will partner with IT and business leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and operational performance across a fast-paced multinational technology company.

The role offers high visibility and opportunities to influence cost management, process improvements, and internal controls while supporting strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 6+ years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Collaborative problem-solver with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support IT and wider leadership teams through annual budgeting and periodic forecast cycles.
• Manage the month end process from preparing journals, tracking and analysis of expenses against forecast and budget.
• Validate vendor invoices and purchase requisitions, ensure accurate cost allocation and coding, and support month-end accruals and close activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies and financial procedures.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and create executive-level presentations for Senior Leadership Team meetings.
• Support consolidations for the organization including monthly, quarterly and annual reviews.
• Establish review cadence with key budget owners and improve department processes and output quality.
• Identify strategic opportunities to improve the Company’s operational and financial performance, and implement changes to achieve success.
• Opportunities will exist to support other assigned tasks as business needs change.
