Job summary

Warner Leisure Hotels is seeking a Technology Finance and Operations Coordinator to manage technology OPEX and CAPEX, coordinate suppliers and contracts, and support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting across the Technology function.

Reporting to the Head of Technology and Transformation Portfolio, you will work across Finance and Procurement to ensure accurate coding, timely payments and strong governance, while identifying cost efficiencies and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Financial administration and reporting experience including budgeting and PO management.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to analyse financial information and identify trends, risks and discrepancies.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across Technology, Finance and third-party suppliers.
• A proactive, independent thinker who takes ownership, challenges constructively and identifies opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technology OPEX and CAPEX expenditure with financial oversight and reporting.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice processing activities.
• Maintain accurate records of Technology expenditure, commitments, forecasts and accruals; ensure audit readiness.
• Coordinate coding and categorisation of expenditure between OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Produce regular budgets, forecasts and expenditure reporting with insights into variances and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners, budget holders and delivery teams on planning and reporting.
• Monitor spend against budgets and highlight variances, risks and corrective actions.
• Support CAPEX governance processes and investment approval requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive records of technology suppliers, contracts and renewal schedules.
