Job summary

Talent Identified is seeking a Finance & Operations Coordinator to drive finance operations, commercial operations, people operations, and office management across a fast-paced media business.

You will own invoicing, credit control, expenses, supplier onboarding and HR admin, while coordinating events and ensuring the smooth running of the office and visitor experience. This role offers scope to shape processes and grow with the business.

• Experience in finance operations, office management and people operations.

Responsibilities

• Office Management & Team Events
• Run the office, including facilities, supplies, deliveries and maintenance issues, making it a great environment for our team and our visitors
• Own the events and social calendar, organising team events, assisting with customer events and making things happen
• Finance operations including, owning all customer invoicing, lead credit control and manage company expenses, whilst supporting the payment run processes monthly
• Commercial and Revenue Operations to include - supplier onboarding, portal management.
• People operations to include, hiring/onboarding logistic support, HR systems administration - acting as the first point of contact for day-day operations queries
