Job summary

Warner Hotels is expanding its Technology and Transformation portfolio, seeking a PMO Manager to run portfolio governance, demand management and reporting. You will report to Head of Technology and Transformation Portfolio and lead governance forums, track CAPEX, and drive continuous improvement.

The role demands strategic thinking, strong stakeholder influence, and proven PMO experience in transformation programmes within hospitality or customer-focused environments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to think strategically and act independently.
• Experience in a PMO Manager, Portfolio PMO or governance role.
• Experience supporting complex transformation portfolios.
• Strong portfolio reporting, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and controls.
• Financial management, budgeting and forecasting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand intake for new initiatives and change requests.
• Maintain a transparent demand pipeline and governance forums.
• Support business case development including benefits, costs and risks.
• Provide data-driven insights to support investment decisions.
• Produce portfolio reporting, dashboards and executive updates.
• Coordinate governance forums and logging actions.
