Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Technology Finance and Operations Coordinator to support financial governance and supplier management across the technology portfolio. The role ensures OPEX and CAPEX processes are efficient, accurate and aligned with business plans.

The successful candidate will bring strong financial discipline, proactive problem-solving and the ability to influence stakeholders across Technology, Finance and external partners.

Qualifications

• Financial administration and reporting experience, including budget tracking, forecasting and purchase order management.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyse financial information and identify trends, risks and discrepancies.
• Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across Technology, Finance and third-party suppliers.
• A proactive, independent thinker who takes ownership, challenges constructively and identifies opportunities to improve processes and controls.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work to tight deadlines.
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of Technology operating (OPEX) and capital (CAPEX) expenditure, providing financial oversight, reporting and coordination across the technology portfolio.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice processing activities, ensuring supplier payments are processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Maintain accurate records of Technology expenditure, commitments, forecasts and accruals, ensuring financial data is complete, current and audit ready.
• Work with Finance to ensure Technology expenditure is accurately coded and appropriately categorised between OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Produce regular budget, forecast and expenditure reporting, providing insight into spending trends, variances, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, budget holders and delivery teams to support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
