We are looking for an accomplished C-Suite leader for appointment as Chief Operating Officer (COO) within a highly successful international Technology organisation.

Operating globally, with significant revenues, the business possesses considerable scale, brand strength, technology, data and intellectual capital. It is also operating in an environment being reshaped by Artificial Intelligence, global trade, geopolitical complexity, changing customer behaviours and accelerating competitive disruption.

The next stage of growth requires more than operational management.

It requires Constant Transformation.

Working alongside the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the COO will translate corporate ambition into an increasingly agile, AI-enabled and commercially responsive global operating model.

Central to the mandate will be Environment, Vision & Resource (EVR) planning - understanding the changing environment; helping define the vision required to succeed within it; and aligning people, capital, technology and organisational capability accordingly.

The appointment will lead across Business Transformation, AI Adoption, Change Management, Operational Efficiency, Marketing Mix, Sales & Business Development, HR & Workplace, Global Operations, Supply Chain, CSR, ESG Sustainability.

AI will be an important component of the mandate - extending adoption across the enterprise and determining where technology can create the greatest combination of productivity, customer value, revenue growth and competitive advantage.

We are seeking an established COO, Divisional CEO, President, Managing Director or comparable C-Suite executive able to evidence strategic and transformation leadership, commercial acumen, AI & digital fluency, resource planning, operational excellence and the Leadership confidence to make considered decisions amid ambiguity.

Other suitable profile titles of interest, would include: CAIO, CIO, CTO.

The organisation already possesses the resources required to succeed. The COO's responsibility will be to ensure they remain configured for the environment that is coming - rather than the environment that created yesterday's success.
