Qualifications

• A decade+ of software engineering or enterprise technology consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on technical credibility in software engineering.
• Experience with microservices, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Exposure to AI, data platforms, or AI-enabled transformation.
• Experience partnering with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executives to understand strategic priorities and technology needs.
• Shape technology strategies, roadmaps and transformation programs.
• Provide technical leadership across software engineering, architecture, cloud, data, AI and ML.
• Advise on modern engineering practices, integration and scalable enterprise platforms.
• Work across central tech stacks and business tech environments.
• Lead and influence engineering, architecture, product, platform and delivery teams.
• Support AI-enabled modernization, automation and continuous improvement.
• Translate complex tech concepts into clear business language.
• Drive delivery excellence, governance, and measurable outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, partners and vendors.
