Job summary

The Channel Recruiter is seeking an IT Sales Executive in Reading, UK, with 4 days in the office per week. You will drive new business via outbound calls, manage relationships with key accounts, and identify growth opportunities in a high-volume tech sales environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a B2B or IT channel sales role, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce advantageous). Basic salary up to £28k plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in IT channel or B2B sector.
• Confidence making outbound calls and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience using CRM software; Salesforce would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to identify new opportunities, build relationships and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Act as main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, developing strong relationships.
• Identify opportunities to grow and develop existing customer accounts.
• Prepare accurate quotes based on customer requirements.
• Manage and maintain the sales pipeline with accurate progress and forecasts.
• Deliver targeted sales campaigns in line with vendor promotions and customer requirements.
