About the role

As the Change Lead in the Team Builder UK project team you will play a pivotal role in supporting the rollout and implementation of Team Builder UK. The role will be focused on supporting the firm through the change supporting continuous improvement efforts building buy-in and commitment to the change whilst at the same time developing an enduring longer-term capability as we continue to move forward in an ever-changing environment. Working closely with the Team Builder UK project team Certinia and internal teams this is an exciting time to join the Team Builder UK team as we progress through the project delivering the new firmwide staffing & deployment tool enabling successful implementation and adoption of Team Builder UK.

What your days will look like
Change Delivery

Lead in the execution of the change strategy and deliver all workstream level change strategies across stakeholder engagement change impact & readiness and communication & engagement for the implementation and beyond of Team Builder UK in 2026.

Stakeholder Engagement
  • Identify and manage all relevant stakeholder groups build relationships and understanding in support of a more enhanced change experience through the development of stakeholder mapping and engagement plans.
  • Update and track all stakeholder engagement and upcoming meetings.
  • Work closely with the programme and business lead on Team Builders strategic priorities as well as aiding the preparation for key stakeholder meetings.
Change Impact & Readiness
  • Responsible for executing the change impact assessment working alongside the core workstreams and business to ensure the impacts of the change are captured to drive the comms engagement and training requirements.
  • Develop the business readiness approach in line with go live requirements utilising defined benefits KPIs and programme progress to assess the readiness for go live.
  • Develop strategies for post go live and adoption strategies and how to embed the programme and move to BAU.
Communication & Engagement

Responsible for the development and execution of the communications strategy and plan including go live and beyond.

Development of all go live activities such as stakeholder updates go live communications etc. Working very closely with the training and business workstreams.

Updating and keeping track of all programme communications meetings and stakeholder engagement.

PMO & workstream support
  • Support core workstreams such as training testing and change network with strategic objectives to ensure smooth transition for all users.
  • Management of PMO activities as required for the Business Workstream.
  • Be the escalation point for all change queries and risks
This role if you if
  • Experience in leading / managing change projects. With knowledge of the principles and practices of effective Change Management
  • Ability to build and develop strong relationships at all levels and work collaboratively to create value for the firm
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead coach motivate others and the ability to create an environment of trust
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and proven experience of managing risks and issues to mitigate potential obstacles
  • Communicate confidently and effectively at all levels both in written and verbal form interpersonal skills and networking are key
  • Ability to understand and align business objectives with the needs of the Project
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity - flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly energised and motivated to effect change and influence the firm.
