Job summary

Belong Crewe is seeking a Team Senior Carer (Nights) to deliver warm, person-centred care in a small, supportive team. You will work 38 hours across four nights, helping residents live independently and manage dementia needs.

You will perform personal care, medication management, and daily recording on care plans, with extensive induction and training provided, plus benefits like DBS, pension, and staff well-being schemes.

1 x 38 hours (4 nights)

What you will be doing… You’ll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer(Nights). Working in Belong Crewe you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care. You will be experienced in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting. This role is ideal for someone with the experience of working in a very small team across a wider area.

You will carry out a variety of duties including:

• Personal care
• Medication management
• Cleaning duties
• Dementia care
• Deputise for the Lead Senior Support worker.
• Uploading day to day details on care plans
