Job summary

Belong Newcastle Under Lyme is hiring a Team Senior Carer to join a warm, person-centred care team for older residents, including those with dementia.

You will deliver personal care, support medication management, assist with meals and activities, and help maintain detailed care plans in a supportive environment.

Rate of pay £14.45p/h

What you will be doing… You’ll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer. Working in Belong Newcastle Under Lyme you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care. You will be experienced in caring for the older generation, especially in a dementia setting.

You will carry out a variety of duties including:

• Personal care
• Medication management
• Cooking
• Dementia care
• Deputise for the Lead Senior Support worker.
• Exercise
• Uploading day to day details on care plans

Full time and part times role available
