Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service to Team Sales and Scholastic customers, including coaches, schools, running clubs, and businesses.
• Manage customer inquiries and a high-volume inbox, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Coordinate custom team orders from initial request through production, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Assist with logo design, artwork preparation, and creation of online team collections.
• Maintain accurate order detail and timelines.
• Coordinate shipping and local deliveries.
• Support the setup and execution of events (ex. cross country meets, track meets).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations, proactive communications, and continuous process improvement.
