THE TEAM is a UK-based agency providing representation, marketing services and live event support. The Marketing and Events Assistant will craft communications, manage partner relationships and help recruit and support volunteers for major events.

Based in a hybrid office environment, the role involves weekend and late hours during events, contributing to award-winning experiences across sports, music and culture.

Formación

• Strong copywriting and grammar.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships, especially with volunteers and communities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Flexible approach including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement email campaigns for sales, partner engagement, and event communications.
• Manage Gold Bond Charity & Business Challenge programmes for the Cambridge Half Marathon (CHM).
• Design and deliver a volunteer recruitment programme, including policies, timelines and campaigns.
• Manage all partners below Tier 1, ensuring contractual rights are fulfilled.
• Support the Marketing Manager with the delivery of email campaigns.
• Coordinate with partners, charities, to plan event presence and manage orders.
• Develop and maintain a partner rights system across events.
• Manage and respond to media requests.
• Pitch in wherever needed as part of a team.
