Job summary

Upham Inns in the United Kingdom is seeking seasonal hospitality staff to welcome guests, take orders, serve drinks and ensure a lively, welcoming atmosphere during the winter season.

No formal experience is required; you must be 18+ and have the right to work in the UK. We offer flexible weekend/holiday shifts, staff meals, hotel discounts, and a clear path to progression to General Manager.

• Balance energy with professionalism.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in a bar or restaurant is a bonus, but it’s not essential – we hire based on attitude and potential.
