Job summary

Upham Inns in Swindon is seeking team members for a festive Christmas season across roles from kitchen and bar to food running, with flexible shifts and opportunities to shine and grow. You’ll be part of a welcoming team creating memorable guest experiences during the busy festive period.

We welcome energetic, guest-focused individuals who are 16 or older, able to work weekends and holidays, and who have the right to work in the UK. Prior hospitality is a bonus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Aged 16 or over.
• A confident communicator who’s organised, upbeat, and guest-focused.
• Someone who can balance energy with professionalism.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Giving our guests a warm, friendly welcome.
• Taking food & drink orders, handling payments.
• Serving drinks (hot, cold, and alcoholic).
• Keeping the pub looking spotless and inviting.
• Helping your managers and teammates deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
• Learning, growing, and enjoying every shift!
