Job summary

Upham Inns is looking for energetic team players to join our winter season. You’ll welcome guests warmly, take orders, serve drinks, and help keep the pub sparkling and inviting. Roles vary by position and experience, with room to grow into more senior duties.

Flexibility is key, including weekends and holidays. This is ideal for students or seasonal workers seeking a vibrant hospitality environment within Havant and the surrounding area.

• Confident communicator who’s organised, upbeat, and guest-focused.

Responsibilities

• Give guests a warm, friendly welcome.

What We’re Looking For

• Aged 18 or over

Experience in a bar or restaurant is a bonus, but it’s not essential – we hire based on attitude and potential.
