Job summary

Upham Inns is seeking energetic team members for summer hospitality roles across our venues in the UK. You could be pot-washing, serving, or delivering meals, with flexible shifts to fit your plans and a real opportunity to progress toward roles like General Manager.

We offer up to £13.25 per hour depending on role and experience, plus a share of Tronc, and benefits including meals discounts, hotel discounts, and access to the Lifestyle Card.

Qualifications

• Aged 16 or over.
• Confident communicator who’s organised, upbeat, and guest-focused.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• You must have the right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a bar or restaurant is a bonus, but it’s not essential.

Responsibilities

• Giving our guests a warm, friendly welcome.
• Taking food & drink orders, handling payments.
• Serving drinks (hot, cold, and alcoholic).
• Keeping the pub looking spotless and inviting.
