Job summary

Upham Inns in Swindon is seeking festive team members for a Christmas season across kitchen, bar, delivery, and serving roles. This is a great entry into hospitality with flexible shifts and a friendly, energetic team atmosphere.

You'll gain hands-on restaurant and bar training, plus a clear development pathway toward a future leadership role. If you’re energetic, motivated, and ready to contribute, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Aged 16 or over.
• Confident communicator who’s organised, upbeat, and guest-focused.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a bar or restaurant is a bonus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly welcome.
• Take food and drink orders and process payments.
• Serve drinks (including alcoholic beverages).
• Keep the venue clean, inviting, and well-presented.
• Support managers and teammates to deliver a memorable guest experience.
• Learn, grow, and enjoy every shift.

What we’re looking for?
