Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a proactive Team Member for our Glasgow store. You will be the friendly face at the till, helping customers, handling payments and promoting promotions.

Responsibilities include keeping the store stocked and well merchandised, adhering to licensing and compliance, and upselling products to boost sales. Prior retail experience is helpful, and flexibility in hours is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently as required.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain stock levels, ensure the store is fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Follow Licensing and Compliance guidelines at all times.
• Upsell promotions and provide excellent customer service at the till.

We are looking for experienced and talented Team Member to join our Store, Riddrie.

The Role

• To be an ambassador for your store, making the store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A 'can do' attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure that security measures within your store are adhered at all times.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked,labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure Licensing and Compliance is adhered at all times.
• Upselling products and all promotions.
• Providing a good service to the customer, serving and promoting sales at the till.

Experience

• Be efficent in till operations.
• Competent in cash handling.
• The ability to work on your own or part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours is required.
• Experience gained within a retail enviroment is desirable.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Confident approach to maximising sales.
