Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is seeking a dedicated Team Member for our Milton store. You will be the face of the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere while handling transactions at the till and promoting our promotions.

Candidates should be comfortable with cash handling, maintain stock and merchandising, and ensure licensing and compliance at all times. Flexibility with hours and a friendly, can-do attitude are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Experience with till operations and cash handling is essential.
• Customer service experience is desirable in a retail setting.
• Flexibility with working hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Maintain security, stock, labeling and visual merchandising.
• Ensure Licensing and Compliance are adhered to at all times.
• Upsell products and promote promotions at the till.
• Provide excellent customer service and process transactions efficiently.

We are looking for experienced and talented Team Member to join our Store, Milton.

The Role

• To be an ambassador for your store, making the store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A 'can do' attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure that security measures within your store are adhered at all times.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked,labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure Licensing and Compliance is adhered at all times.
• Upselling products and all promotions.
• Providing a good service to the customer, serving and promoting sales at the till.

Experience

• Be efficent in till operations.
• Competent in cash handling.
• The ability to work on your own or part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours is required.
• Experience gained within a retail enviroment is desirable.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Confident approach to maximising sales.
