Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is looking for an experienced Team Member to join the Inveresk Street store. You will be an ambassador for the shop, creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering excellent customer service at the till.

Responsibilities include efficient till operations, accurate cash handling, stock maintenance, and enforcing licensing and security compliance. You should be flexible with hours and thrive in a team or solo setting while actively upselling and promoting promotions.

• Keep the store fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Ensure licensing and compliance are adhered to at all times.
• Upsell products and promote promotions to customers.

We are looking for experienced and talented Team Member to join our Store, Inveresk Street.

The Role

• To be an ambassador for your store, making the store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.

• Ensure that security measures within your store are adhered at all times.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked,labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure Licensing and Compliance is adhered at all times.
• Upselling products and all promotions.
• Providing a good service to the customer, serving and promoting sales at the till.

Experience

• Be efficent in till operations.
• Competent in cash handling.
• The ability to work on your own or part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours is required.
• Experience gained within a retail enviroment is desirable.Previous customer service experience is desirable
• Confident approach to maximising sales.
