Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores’ Kinfauns - Drumchapel store is seeking an experienced Team Member to join the team. You will be an ambassador for the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling tills, stock, and promotions while delivering friendly customer service.

Flexibility with hours and the ability to work solo or as part of a team are essential. Experience in retail and a proactive approach to upselling will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience gained within a retail environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security, stock levels, tagging and merchandising.
• Ensure Licensing and Compliance is adhered to at all times.
• Upsell products and promote promotions to customers.
• Provide excellent service at the till and support sales.

The Role

• To be an ambassador for your store, making the store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.

• Ensure that security measures within your store are adhered at all times.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked,labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure Licensing and Compliance is adhered at all times.
• Upselling products and all promotions.
• Providing a good service to the customer, serving and promoting sales at the till.
