Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores in Glasgow is seeking a proactive Team Member for Kinfauns - Drumchapel. You will act as a store ambassador, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and drive sales at the till while upholding security, stock, and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates will be able to work independently or in a team, with flexible hours and retail experience. This role offers opportunities for career development and staff benefits across The Scotsman Group venues.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude as part of a successful team.
• Ensure security measures within the store are adhered to at all times.
• Keep the store fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Ensure licensing and compliance are adhered to at all times.
• Upsell products and promotions to customers.
• Provide good service at the till and promote sales.

We are looking for experienced and talented Team Member to join our Store, Kinfauns - Drumchapel

The Role

• To be an ambassador for your store, making the store your own, create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
• A 'can do' attitude who values being part of a successful team.
• Ensure that security measures within your store are adhered at all times.
• Ensure the store is fully stocked,labelled and well merchandised.
• Make sure Licensing and Compliance is adhered at all times.
• Upselling products and all promotions.
• Providing a good service to the customer, serving and promoting sales at the till.

Experience

• Be efficent in till operations.
• Competent in cash handling.
• The ability to work on your own or part of a team.
• Flexibility towards working hours is required.
• Experience gained within a retail enviroment is desirable.
• Previous customer service experience is undesirable
• Confident approach to maximising sales.
