Job summary

One O One Convenience Stores is looking for an experienced Team Member to join our Lochend Road store. You will be an ambassador for the store, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and delivering excellent service at the till.

You should be comfortable handling cash, supporting promotions, and maintaining store standards. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to work alone or as part of a team are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a retail environment is desirable.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and securely.
• Capable of working independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours.
• Experience with promotion upselling is advantageous.
• Experience with till operations and POS systems.
• Knowledge of licensing and compliance is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for your store, making the store welcoming for customers.
• Maintain a can-do attitude and contribute to a successful team.
• Ensure all security measures in the store are followed at all times.
• Keep the store fully stocked, labelled and well merchandised.
• Ensure Licensing and Compliance is adhered to at all times.
• Upsell products and promote promotions to customers.
• Provide good service at the till and promote sales.

We are looking for experienced and talented Team Member to join our Store, Lochend Road.
