Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking a friendly, proactive Team Member to be the welcoming face of our Brewpub. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and contribute to an excellent guest experience with great food and craft beer. We value energy, warmth and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced, supportive team.

You’ll help with setup and close-down, enjoy growth opportunities, and be part of a disability-confident employer that supports equality and inclusion.

• Experience in guest-facing roles is beneficial
• Strong communication and friendly demeanour
• Willingness to learn and be proactive in a busy hospitality environment

• Take orders confidently and accurately from guests.
• Recommend dishes and drinks, including house-brewed beers.
• Serve food and drinks and maintain high service standards.
• Assist with set-up and close-down each day to help the Brewpub run smoothly

Role Purpose

You’ll be the welcoming, smiling face that greets our guests, passionate about great food, great drinks (especially craft beer), and delivering consistently high standards of service.

You’ll also support the smooth running of the Brewpub by assisting with set‑up and close‑down each day.
