Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen is hiring a Team Member at our Gloucester pub. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help with setup and closing tasks while delivering a friendly, high standard of service.

Role Purpose

Our Team Members are the core part of every pub and key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly, smiling face that greets our guests, be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and high standards of service.

You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available whilst working in a fun and supportive environment

As a Team Member, you'll be taking orders, be confident about recommending dishes and drinks (particularly our own-brewed Brewhouse Brewing Co beers), serving food and drinks, delivering a great experience for our guests, and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the pub.
