Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen in the United Kingdom is seeking a friendly Team Member to greet guests, take orders, make thoughtful recommendations, and deliver a memorable pub experience. You will be confident with food and drink service, particularly our own brews, while helping with setting up and closing down the pub.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and process payments on the till.
• Recommend dishes and drinks, including Brewhouse brews.
• Serve food and beverages and ensure a great guest experience.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the pub.

Role Purpose

Our Team Members are the core part of every pub and key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly, smiling face that greets our guests, be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and high standards of service.

You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available whilst working in a fun and supportive environment

As a Team Member, you'll be taking orders, be confident about recommending dishes and drinks (particularly our own-brewed Brewhouse Brewing Co beers), serving food and drinks, delivering a great experience for our guests, and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the pub.
