Job summary

Chef & Brewer is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to join our country-style pubs network. You’ll lead by example, ensure every dish meets our high standards, and support the team to deliver great food during busy services.

You’ll uphold hygiene and safety regulations, deputise for management when needed, and help organise the kitchen to run smoothly. A proactive, team-focused attitude is essential to thrive in this role.

As a Kitchen Team Leader, you'll lead by example making sure the team have everything they need so service runs like clockwork! You'll support your team by encouraging and helping them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy service.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
