Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen is seeking a friendly Team Member to greet guests, take orders, and share our passion for great food and craft beer. You’ll help with setting up and closing down the pub, and you’ll be confident in recommending dishes and drinks to enhance the guest experience.

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming smile.
• Take orders accurately and confidently recommend dishes and drinks.
• Serve food and drinks to guests and ensure high standards of service.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the pub to ensure smooth operations.

Job description

Role Purpose

Our Team Members are the core part of every pub and key to the experience of our guests. You will be the friendly, smiling face that greets our guests, be passionate about great food, drinks (particularly craft beer) and high standards of service.

You will be keen to learn and take advantage of all the development opportunities available whilst working in a fun and supportive environment

As a Team Member, you'll be taking orders, be confident about recommending dishes and drinks (particularly our own-brewed Brewhouse Brewing Co beers), serving food and drinks, delivering a great experience for our guests, and helping with the setting-up and closing-down of the pub.
