Job summary

Moto Hospitality at Toddington Services, Dunstable, is recruiting a Team Member earning £14.83 per hour for night shifts (11pm–7am). You will help serve BP's fuels and Greggs products, delivering friendly customer service and maintaining high standards across the forecourt and store.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Ability to greet customers warmly and process orders.
• Capability to work as part of a busy team during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Process orders and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Maintain brand standards and customer service quality.
• Resolve inquiries with a customer-centric approach.
• Replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Keep workspace, store and forecourt clean and welcoming.
• Work with colleagues to foster teamwork.
