Job summary

Moto is hiring a Team Member for our BP Greggs concession at Rugby Services. You will greet customers, take orders, and help produce hot food, baked goods and beverages while maintaining brand standards on a busy forecourt.

This role offers weekly pay, bonus potential, and strong development opportunities, plus a generous staff discount and enhanced benefits. You’ll work night shifts from 11pm to 7am, 35 hours per week, across five nights in seven.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome


• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner


• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day


• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect


• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset


• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability


• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming


• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork


• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for


• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
