Job summary

Moto Hospitality is seeking a Team Member for night shifts at Toddington Services on the M1 J11/12 near Dunstable. The role pays £14.83 per hour and runs 11pm–7am with mixed 3 nights in 7 per week, on-site.

You’ll greet customers, take orders, prepare hot food and beverages, maintain displays and store cleanliness, and contribute to a friendly, memorable customer experience across our BP Gregg's offering.

Qualifications

• Adaptable, self-motivated and able to work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Willingness to work unsocial hours (night shifts).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Process orders quickly and efficiently.
• Produce hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Maintain brand standards and cleanliness of workspace and forecourt.
• Resolve enquiries with a customer-centric approach.
• Replenish displays to maximise product availability.
• Work with colleagues to foster teamwork and a memorable customer experience.
• Prepare store for next day's trade.

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day
• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset
• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability
• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming
• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
