Job summary

Moto is hiring a Night Team Member for a 10pm–6am shift at Southwaite Services, M6, Broadfield Road, Carlisle CA4 0NT. You will serve BP fuels and BP Greggs products, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced rest stop environment.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Member:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome

• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day

• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset

• Replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability

• Ensuring your workspace, store and forecourt is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
