Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader for the Hare & Hounds Inn, Hyde. You will lead the shift, ensuring high standards and a welcoming guest experience, while supporting the team to deliver smooth service.

As a deputy to the management team, you will coordinate staff during busy periods and maintain a safe, compliant bar environment. A positive attitude and clear English communication are essential to help guests feel valued.

Job Description

As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team have everything they need so the shift runs like clockwork! You’ll make sure the team maintain high standards and that our customers are kept happy.

Qualifications

As a Team Leader, you will…

• Be a role model to the team on giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• An ability to think on your feet and adapt to whatever challenges arise during a busy shift.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
