Job summary

Benugo is expanding with John Lewis to deliver in-store dining experiences. We are seeking a Team Member to support Front of House, handle tills, serve food and drinks, and maintain high standards of service in a high-volume environment.

Hourly rate starts at £12.71 and increases to £13.25 after probation; flexible to cover kitchen and cleaning duties, and to work across shifts. Join a brand known for quality and customer focus, in ongoing partnerships with John Lewis.

Responsibilities

Ensure the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
Organise deliveries and stock fridges using a first in, first out process.
Assist with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
Ensure all labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
Be flexible to work on tills, follow cash handling procedures, take orders and serve on the floor.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
Attend all training and development courses as requested.
Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally in behaviour, appearance and knowledge.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
