Job summary

WSH Group is seeking a Team Member to deliver an exceptional customer experience across Benugo's outlets in partnership with John Lewis. You will prepare and serve quality food and beverages, operate tills, and support front of house and back of house tasks to keep service smooth.

You'll work as part of a team, follow food safety and hygiene procedures, stay informed about promotions, and represent WSH and John Lewis professionally.

Responsibilities

Ensure the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Assist with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
Organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
Assist with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
Ensure all labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
Follow on tills, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
Attend all training and development courses as requested.
Represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner.
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
