Job summary

Benugo, in partnership with John Lewis, is seeking a Team Member to support front-of-house operations in London. The role offers full-time hours with pay progressing from £12.71 to £14.80 per hour after probation.

You will help maintain a high customer experience, handle tills, service on the floor, and ensure food safety and product knowledge across shifts. This is a fantastic chance to grow within a dual-brand environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer experience is maintained to a high standard.
Assist with kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
Organise deliveries and stock fridges using FIFO.
Clear tables and maintain a clean working environment.
Check labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
Be flexible to work on tills, take orders and serve on the floor.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures.
Collaborate with colleagues to meet service targets and keep operations smooth.
Attend training and development courses as requested.
Represent WSH and John Lewis professionally in behaviour and appearance.

Job Description

Hourly Rate: £12.71ph increasing to £14.80ph after probation

Ensuring the customer experience is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
Assisting with any kitchen, front of house and back of house cleaning duties.
To organise deliveries, and ensuring the fridges are stocked, using a first in, first out process.
Assisting with clearing tables and maintaining a clean working environment.
To ensure all labels and prices are correct.
Maintain awareness of promotions, pricing and product information.
To be flexible to work on tills, following the cash handling procedures, taking orders and working on the floor, serving food and drinks.
Follow food safety, allergen and hygiene procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets and maintain smooth operations.
To attend all training and development course as requested.
To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
