Job summary

itsu is hiring a Team Member to work in our stores across the UK. You’ll cut fresh fish, roll maki, and help prepare ingredients while delivering friendly customer service.

No experience? We’ll teach you through in-store training and digital learning. There are clear progression paths to Team Member Pro or Team Leader, with hours and bonus rewards.

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
