Job summary

itsu is seeking Team Members for our Bath stores to prepare fresh fish, roll maki and deliver the itsu experience to customers.

No experience? We’ll teach you everything you need to know with hands-on in-store training and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. Earn up to £14.05 per hour including bonus, with potential progression to Team Member Pro/Team Leader roles and benefits such as paid breaks, lunch, and employee discounts.

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
