Job summary

itsu is hiring as a Team Member in our stores. You will cut fresh fish, roll maki, and prepare our famous dishes with care. Expect to deliver excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

No prior experience is required—training is provided through in-store sessions and digital learning via our app and Academy courses, helping you grow with us and reach your potential.

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.

*we pay our bonus after your initial training!
