Job summary

Itsu is looking for a Team Member to work in one of our vibrant stores, helping to cut fresh fish, roll maki, and prepare our famous itsu dishes while delivering excellent customer service.

No experience is required; you’ll receive hands-on training in-store, supported by your team and managers, with digital learning through our app and Academy courses to help you shine.

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

• Cutting fresh fish and preparing ingredients
• Rolling maki and creating our famous itsu dishes
• Cooking with care and precision
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety
• Delivering excellent customer service with a smile

No experience? No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands-on learning in-store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.

*we pay our bonus after your initial training!
