Job summary

itsu is seeking a Team Member to work in one of our stores. You will be responsible for cutting fresh fish, rolling maki, and preparing itsu dishes with care and precision while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided in-store, supported by the team and our Academy courses, with emphasis on building confidence and essential skills for growth within the brand.

As a Team Member, you’ll be working in one of our beautiful stores, where you’ll be:

No problem! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. Your training will be a mix of hands‑on learning in‑store, supported by your team and managers, and digital learning through our app and Academy courses. This will give you the confidence and skills to shine.
