Job summary

easyHotel in Glasgow is hiring a Team Member for a part-time, permanent role with a competitive hourly rate of £12.80. You will help ensure guests have a great experience during their stay, acting as the first point of contact and assisting with day-to-day operations.

You will handle guest queries and complaints, inspect rooms, and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping to resolve issues. Join an international team and enjoy staff discounts, pension, and development opportunities.

Role & responsibilities:
