Shaw Trust in London is seeking a part-time Team Manager for Supported Internships in Hillingdon to lead delivery, manage the mentoring team and drive performance against KPIs. You will oversee the tutoring and job coaching when required and contribute to the group’s UK-wide strategy.

To oversee the successful delivery of Supported Internships across London & SE. Ensure that the Supported Internship and In Work mentoring team is effectively managed and able to achieve high performance against KPIs and quality of services delivered to young people. Support the Supported Internship London Management team. Deliver the role of Supported Internship tutor or job coach where required and support the wider development of the Shaw Trust Group (STG) supported internships across the UK including remote delivery.
This is a part-time role for 18.75 hours per week.
