Shaw Trust is seeking a dedicated professional to manage a caseload of participants in the community and at Activity Hubs. You will support participants to engage, break down barriers, achieve milestones and develop enhanced skillsets, while facilitating delivery at pop-up Satellite Hubs across the region.
