Job summary

Shaw Trust in London is seeking a part-time Team Manager for Supported Internships in Hillingdon to lead delivery, manage the mentoring team and drive performance against KPIs. You will oversee the tutoring and job coaching when required and contribute to the group’s UK-wide strategy.

This role works 18.75 hours per week, with benefits including 25 days of leave, pension, life cover and learning opportunities, and a flexible working option from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Supported Internships or similar program.
• Ability to manage KPIs and ensure quality of services.
• Experience in coaching or tutoring in education settings.
• Part-time role based in Hillingdon with local knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of Supported Internships across London & SE.
• Ensure the mentoring team achieves high performance against KPIs.
• Support the London Management team and contribute to group strategy.
• Deliver tutoring or job coaching when required.
